After my commercial training in Germany and 15 years in the logistics sector in Luxembourg, I wanted to change my professional career. Since sport and dance have been an integral part of my life since I was a child, I was looking for a way to combine passion and work and I became aware of the theme of corporate health management.

In 2016, I left my job in contract logistics to focus on training as a corporate health manager and personal trainer with a focus on mental health.

I found my vocation in accompanying individuals to find a balance between professional and private life and in working with groups to prevent and improve their health.
