How to adopt a good posture at work ?
Studies show that we spend an average of 8 to 12 hours a day sitting (at the office, in front of the television, in transport). At the end of our life, we have therefore spent about a third of our life sitting and most often sitting at a desk.
Even though we spend most of our time sitting, we rarely worry about good posture at work. In addition, we do little physical exercise to strengthen our backs. Some experts refer to back pain as the ailment of the century: our modern lifestyle is the cause of some of our ailments.
In this workshop you will learn how to preserve back pain by adopting the right posture. Some easy exercises will also help you to strengthen your back and prevent pain.
