Stéphanie has 21 years of experience in human resources management in the financial sector in Luxembourg. She is also a specialist in project management and skills transfer, particularly in the context of outsourcing operational functions abroad. She also worked as “Diversity Coordinator” for 7 years and as  “Leadership trainer”. She has a particular interest in personal development, communication and change management.

Stéphanie is certified as a trainer, professional coach and hypnosis practitioner.
